The plan prices cover standard labour and a first assessment. If replacement parts or additional materials are required, these are itemised separately and discussed with you before any work begins — no unexpected charges.

If an issue directly related to the work we performed recurs within 90 days, our technician will return to inspect and address it at no additional labour cost. This applies to the specific repair or installation completed during the original visit.

Yes. If our technician arrives and identifies that a more comprehensive service is needed, we will explain the scope and adjusted cost before proceeding. You are never charged for a higher tier without prior agreement.

Parts such as taps, valves, or pipe fittings are not included in the base plan price. We source quality components and provide a transparent cost breakdown before installation so you can make an informed decision.

A standard assessment fee applies for initial visits within Alexandria, Egypt. This fee is credited toward your final invoice if you proceed with any of our service plans on the same visit.
